With the impending arrival of our third child and the stress of having to upgrade to a seven-seater vehicle, Dennis Chai displayed a genuine integrity and openness that proved his mantra is “the most important thing to me is to make sure the customer is happy”. We had previously struggled to find confidence in other sales consultants at other dealerships, so it was refreshing to deal with someone who made the purchase of our vehicle a very pleasant experience.

We thoroughly enjoy driving our new Mazda CX 9, and continue to recommend Dennis and Hornsby Mazda to friends and colleagues.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX9 luxury with Sat Nav from your dealership and I wanted to highlight with you the excellent service and customer focus I have received from Rod Newbrun.

Rod always called when he said he would, followed up on issues and ensured they got resolved, and made the whole experience of buying a Mazda vehicle a very pleasant one.  Incidentally, this was my first Mazda vehicle and I generally cycle my cars every 3-4 years, so I’ve dealt with a number of car salespeople over the years and I would say Rod is up there with the best of them in terms of customer satisfaction.

I don’t normally send notes such as this but I was really delighted by Rod in his genuine interest and care that I wanted to bring this to your attention- please pass on my thanks to Rod as I believe he’s a credit to your organisation.

The manager, Nick Turton, introduced himself to me. When I told him my problem he was very helpful and unbelievably understanding. He then introduced me to Ryan Haggerty and Dennis Chai to take up my cause. They were both so friendly and so professional and knew their product, most of all they made me feel very comfortable with their wit and actually found them very entertaining.

Unfortunately I didn’t feel as comfortable at several other Mazda Dealerships. They weren’t unfriendly they just seemed a bit pushy, and it was SELL, SELL, SELL. They didn’t seem to listen to my needs.

Ryan and Dennis on the other hand were fantastic they actually listened to my needs and when they talked I would listen to them because they made sense. They listened to my needs and delivered.

My experience at Hornsby Mazda was made very rewarding and as stupid as it may sound I felt these two guys, Ryan and Dennis, became my friends not my salesmen. I was so impressed by Ryan and Dennis, and as a show of my appreciation I bought them a gift.

Because of the service at Hornsby Mazda I will me recommending them to all my friends and family and i will definitely be buying my next car there. If the after service is half as good I will be fully satisfied.

Thanks for your great service you supplied for my mother with buying her new car. She was really regretting the whole experience because she lost her husband of 55 years three months ago. She was really excited when we placed the order and couldn’t wait to get her new car. Now she has it and is over the moon.
Thanks to PK and Holly for their friendly service. I haven’t driven it yet but my brother and sister have and say it’s great. I would recommend a Mazda to anybody. I may even look at a Mazda 6 wagon in the future for myself.

I am writing this to highly praise one of your sales team members Mr Jason Wang. His Professionalism, communication skills and his customer service are of gold class quality.

It was last month, we purchased our first new car and Mr Wang made our trip, of 3 hrs travelling time to your dealership, such a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Although we do live some distance away, we are most happy to promote Hornsby Mazda because of the whole positive experience we had with Mr Wang and simple and easy the purchasing process was.

What stands out mostly to my husband and I was when we drove away Mr Wang was standing out on the footpath waving us goodbye and wishing us a safe trip. It is very hard to find such caring customer service these days.

I recommend Mr Jason Wang to anyone as he truly is a wonderful asset to your team and I look forward to dealing with him and Hornsby Mazda in the future.

I am writing this letter in order to compliment a member of your sales team, Christian Fischer. I have recently purchased a Mazda3 motor vehicle and the process was made substantially easier and hassle free due to the professionalism and person touch of Christian. In this economic climate especially, any large purchase becomes more of an investment as opposed to an acquisition. I feel comforted by the fact that the sale support I received from beginning to completion of purchase was second to none and a credit to your dealership.

On an additional note, the car drives beautifully and I am very happy with it – as you should be of your sales consultants.

I love the car. Had a great drive home, it is everything that I was hoping for. Everyone who has seen it is very impressed. I am also very happy with its handling on my rough gravel road. Best vehicle I have been in, better than the big 4WDs. It doesn’t need the rear dust deflector as the dust just blows off. 1st time I have seen that on a straight rear door. It has a surprising amount of room inside it and plenty of power. Yes I am very happy with the car and the sales process. Thankyou Dennis!

Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a low km Nissan Pathfinder from your pre owned sales team at Hornsby Mazda. I felt compelled to write to you and compliment you and all the staff I dealt with during this transaction.

In particular Tony Nourse (who was the salesperson involved) was a pleasure to deal, Tony was as helpful as anyone could be. We never felt under any pressure to during the purchase negotiations.
